Steven Tolson FRICS

Steven is our Director of Healthcare & Housing. Steven who is the current (2014 - 2015) Chairman of the RICS in Scotland has a unique skill set amongst Chartered Surveyors. He has a detailed understanding of the Healthcare property and operating sector combined with significant expertise in the Housing Sector.

This combination of skills allows Steven to advise no only on Healthcare Business Valuation but also alternative residential or commercial property use across all sectors. Steven joined CDLH in 2014 and is also a Registered Valuer.
