The Hotel has strong bedroom income with an occupancy of 83.90% and a ARR of £87.70 for 2023. The hotel is run entirely under management and has income streams from bedrooms, functions, and a popular restaurant operation.
Turnover approx. £2.25m excluding VAT and the EBITDA is just over £500,000. We are seeking offers over £3.75m.
